J2EE/Javascript solution consultant/developer (mobile solutions)

We are looking for skilled Java developer for web and mobile applications.

You will be responsible for:
- Implementation of web sites (in collaboration with our backend team) using SDL Tridion and Cocoon as presentation layer
- Integration of external systems, AJAX Frameworks and Web 2.0 features
- Create author-manageable informational web sites using selected web content management package
- Support deployed sites/solutions (monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Provide web expertise on a consultancy basis to projects needing web/mobile development experience
- Deliver across the entire life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to WCMS/app stores and support
- Ensure services are delivered as per SLA s
- Adheres to policies, guidelines and procedures of Global IS while development is carried out
- Working directly with other web developers and agencies to conceptualise, build, test and realise sites/apps
- Acting as X-device mobile app developer. Working closely with another mobile app developer lead
- Develop usability and existing UX

You should have:

- Experience of development using web technologies and web service integration
- Excellent debugging and optimisation skills
- Solid OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE) preferably on the WebSphere platform
- Technical ability with JavaScript (nodeJS) and other web technologies - HTML5, DHTML, XHTML, XML processing, XSLT, JQuery, CSS, Ajax
- RDBMS (ideally MSSQL), SQL, GIT, SVN, Jira
- Applied knowledge of software development best practices: unit testing, continuous integration, static code analysis, code reviews, performance testing

A plus is:
- Cocoon framework knowledge and proven understanding of other frameworks (JQuery, Spring, Dojo)
- Preferably familiar with Android and iOS SDK, Eclipse, IBM Worklight platform
- Experience integrating with external APIs (social media, DART, Akamai)

Other desirable skills:
o iOS
- Solid OO design and programming skills in Objective-C
- Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc)
o WebSphere Commerce development experience
o Creative design skills
