Release/deployment manager (development experience)

The Technical Release Manager is responsible for technical activities behind standard release processes. He:
- supports scheduling, coordinating and managing of releases across multiple applications within application architecture
- responsibility in the area of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades.
- enhance, maintain and document the release process
- possess a level of technical expertise necessary to ensure efficient, repeatable deployment practices to meet the software release deadlines
- provide confident leadership, works collaboratively with all participants in software development projects
- works with management to improve the software engineering delivery processes and practices associated with deploying and updating software and environments

You should have:
- 4+ years of previous experience with application releases and/or project management
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience of using and configuring a Continuous Integration Toolset (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Sonar, Nexus, Selenium, Jira, Ant, Maven,...)
- Experience working under an Agile SDLC in a large organization
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- English in speaking and writing is a must
- Experience in financial industry is a plus
