Citrix technical expert

This is a great opportunity to join fast expanding international company, operating all over world in their IT Delivery Centre in Bratislava. Currently our client is looking for qualified candidate to fill the position CITRIX TECHNICAL EXPERT.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Service & Support, Participate in global projects in the specific subject area and contributes with knowledge in that field, in order to secure that Service /projects can be completed as expected and within the timeframe.
- Participates & available in Team Call Outs and provide Out of office Hours support, including weekend & public holidays, as required, for the service.
- May be required to handle adaptations of new technologies within GWI service area
- Support Teams within the organization on other technology areas

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- 3 years of experience in IT field
- University degree in Information Technology
- Technical Knowledge in the Citrix technologies
- Experience in working in offshore teams
- Formal training and/or Certification in Citrix & Microsoft Technologies is highly preferred
- Experience in designing & implementing enterprise class XenApp environment
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on Windows Terminal Services & Virtulisation.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on Windows 2003 /2008 /2008 R2 Server systems, knowledge on Windows Server 2012 will be an added advantage.
- Should have hands-on knowledge on managing large infrastructure projects
- Sound understanding of Active Directory, DNS
- Strong technical and non-¬technical communication skills (English) both written and spoken
