Manager (asset management area)

Strong international company focusing mainly on financial operations internationally is currently looking for candidate with managerial skills and experience in asset management or audit.

Main responsibilities of successful candidate will include:

- Leading of Asset Management team responsible for analysis of accounted financial assets, market changes or other analysis requested by internal clients or other business partners
- Support activities such as testing and reviewing of asset management process with compliance to internal guidelines and SOX controls
- Constant work on process improvements to ensure highest department effectiveness
- Monitoring and collection of key performance indicators
- Reporting of assigned data groups

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree in Finance/Audit/Economics
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in Audit or Shared Service Center
- Deep knowledge about asset management
- Experience with investment fund analysis is an advantage
- Previous experience with risk management is advantage
- Business proficiency of English language
- Multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills
