Cost accounting & fixed assets finance leader

For our client - Global Business Support company, we are currently looking for experienced Team leader and the people manager.

The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the finance team / app. 10 members/ in sub – processes: cost accounting, fixed assets
- Responsible for: monthly run the process of cost absorption, ensure cost accounting closing with high quality for all plants, standard cost calculation, standard cost update, cost closing (COPC), profitability closing (COPA), incorporate new assets, monitor assets life cycle, process assets disposal entries, manage assets records and calculate assets depreciation
- Ensuring accuracy of accounting processes, driving all related processes
- Monthly monitoring and reporting team’s KPIs
- Close cooperation with company management on process improvements
- Solving most complicated and escalated issues

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- University degree in finance/accounting/economy
- At least 3 years experience on leading finance position - cost accounting /fixed assets
- Strong communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft skills
- People management skills, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/manage staff
- Ability to manage multi-cultural team, ability to manage conflicts
- Professional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Adequate relationship among different levels of the company
- Focus in delivering results, processes and customer satisfaction
