Team leader for customer unit

As an AR Team Leader you will hold these responsibilities:

- Leading a team of AR accountants
- Activities focused on developing, evaluating, setting KPIs and supporting the team
- Tracking the performance of the team and implementing new processes to improve it
- Supporting AR Manager on everyday operational issues
- Regular communication and cooperation with other departments and clients
- Assuring compliance of processes with all internal rules
- Resolving outstanding queries
- Managing monthly closing activities

We look for a candidate who possess these capabilities:

- Education in Finance, Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Previous people managerial practice for minimum 1 year
- Communication and presentation skills also in English
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advance functions)
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Leadership skills and ability to manage stressful situations
