Team leader - customer service (french + english)

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company. Our client is looking for a French speaking TEAM LEADER for customer care department.

Scope of work:

- Management of customer service representatives focused on French markets (10 team members)
- Couching and motivating of team members
- Assignment of tasks within the team members
- KPI monitoring
- Suggestions on process improvements
- Providing efficient customer service
- Active work on assigned projects

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Fluency in ENGLISH + FRENCH language
- At least 4 years of work experience in customer care
- Experience from shared service center
- Experience with managing of middle-sized team
- Experience with management of internal projects
- High ability to communicate and deal with different cultural and professional international teams
- Reliability and independecy
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
