Business manager for emea region

We offer position of manager which will be responsible for efficiency of departments.
Candidate should have previous experience with Productivity measurement.

Main duties:
- Metrics and KPIs monitoring for EMEA region
- Identification of productivity on department, reviewing of reporting system
- Definition of risks and opportunities of processes and procedures
- Set up and maintenance of KPIs and SLAs
- Cooperation with managers, identification of key indicators
- Productivity measurement, suggestions for improvements

Candidate should have:

- Fluent English, business level
- Previous experience with productivity measurement, KPIs/SLAs
- Advanced skills with Excel
- Analytical type of person with good business overview
