Closing & Reporting Finance Leader

For our client - international production company, we are currently looking for experienced Team leader and the people manager for the finance/reporting department.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the finance team / ≤ 10 /
- Ensuring accuracy of accounting processes, driving all related processes
- Responsibility for : pre -closing, closing (IFRS/USGAAP), closing (other countries GAAP), post -closing, intercompany reconciliation, balance sheet review, R2P reporting, O2C reporting, treasury reporting, closing reporting, manage accounting inventory, manage physical inventory.
- Perform interface with Business Units regarding Finance processes and Ensuring that the services provided by this team are aligned with the Business Units needs
- Monthly monitoring and reporting team’s KPIs
- Close cooperation with company management on process improvements
- Solving most complicated and escalated issues

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- University degree in finance/accounting/economy
- At least 2 - 3 years experience on leading finance position in accounting/finance analyses/reporting
- Strong communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft skills, advanced MS Excel skills, SAP is an advantage
- People management skills, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/manage staff
- Professional presentation skills
- Attention to detail, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently in fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
