Business analyst (Quality Assurance)

We are looking for candidates who will create new team of Business Analyst responsible for Quality Assurance in Bratislava. It means that we are looking for senior but also junior candites. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Defines the project test plan, defining the type and level of tests required to ensure the quality and the congruity of the delivery with regard to what is requested by the business scenarios
- Defines user acceptance and regression test cases, executes them, documents problems in an issue log, and retests to ensure problems are resolved
- Executes exploratory testing, documents problems in an issue log, and retests to ensure problems are resolved
- Reviews and approves performance, integration and system tests cases
- Documents tests using proper methodology, tools and infrastructure so that they could be fully automated and repeatable in a standard way
- Proacively identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of testing strategies.
- Operates in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, as well as using proper company established methodologies, tools and infrastructures;

- 1-5 years of testing experience, including knowledge of test methodologies and different test types
- Experience with HP Quality Centre is advantage
- Background of banking and financial area
- Availabilty for travelling to US min 2x per year
- Business acumen and strong communication skills
