Finance & HR Manager

IT company offers position of Finance and HR manager, which will be responsible for company and its employees.

Company offers stable environment in well-established company (successfull IT area).

Main duties:

- Managing and leading of 40-45 employees
- Responsible for operation and finance in company
- Hiring of team members
- Direct manager to 4 managers
- Responsible for accounting process for Slovak and Swiss entity
- Development of controlling processes in company

Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Accounting knowledge is must
- More than 5 years of experience directly in business
- Leadership experience
- Fluent English
- Previous managerial experience
