This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company.

Your primarly tasks will include:

- Daily communication with customers (both indirect and direct)
- Providing customers with adequate information and support for the setting up and on-going maintenance of the content of customer pages
- Work with internal tools and systems
- Cooperation with other departments of the company
- Reporting and providing feedback

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- ENGLISH and GERMAN skills on an ADVANCED level
- Previous 1 year experience in customer care and/or customer phone interface is advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- General PC skills (using level of MS Office suite)
- Customer focus is a must
- Quick learning ability
- Logical approach
- Team player
- Priority setting
