This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions as HR manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Employee Relations: managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc.
- Performance Management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
- Learning & Development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
- Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
- Recruitment & retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- Payroll: Manage the payroll process and deliver all necessary documents in time to an external consultant
- Health and safety: Managing all health and safety issues in close contact with external consultant
- Policy & procedures: implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
- In conjunction with the General Manager, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues
- Managing priorities between casework and projects

Requirements
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- German or English language (min. advanced level)
- University degree in HR- Management or law
- 3 years of experience in similar position with focus production industry
- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
- Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
- Strong understanding of employment law and health and safety
- A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
