Lead Java Developer

Looking for open - minded Java developers to work in a dynamic international company with focus on agile methodology. Opportunity to work with newest technologies on tech lead position!

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop and maintain solutions
- Design of solutions
- Act as a senior advisor for junior colleagues within a team
- Respect Agile methodologies to deliver code, with high standard of quality and test automation
- Collaborate with others groups in Bratislava such as Product Management, QA, DevOps, etc.

The candidate should have:

- Expertise Java/J2EE programming & Java Frameworks (3+ years)
- Advanced knowledge of XML technologies
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Fluent in English and Slovak
- Good knowledge of Spring, Web Services and Hibernate

Nice to have:
- SOA (REST, SOAP), application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere), jclouds, ESB (Mule, Fuse), JMS, XML technologies, XSL/T, Solr, ElasticSearch
- Continuous integration: SVN, Git, Eclipse, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, profiling tools (JProfiler)
- Cloud storage: Amazon S3, Google Drive, Box.com, etc.
- ECM: development with Open Text LiveLink, EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, CMIS standard
