REPORTING SPECALIST (HR data)

We are searching for experienced REPORTING SPECIALIST focused on HR data.

If you have 3+ experience in finance analyses, advanced EXCEL & POWERPOINT and FLUENT ENGLISH, send us your CV.

You role will consist of:

- Daily work with Excel and P&L
- Analyses of HR data and their reporting to external parties (auditors, tax authorities, state institutions, customers)
- Presentation results to management and stake holders
- Participation on trainings to improve reporting skills
- Communication in English on daily basis (verbal and written)
- Ad hoc analyses according to requests from stakeholders/ HR managers
- Support HR projects

About you:

- University degree in Finance / Economics
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience with finance analyses and reporting
- Fluent English (foreign Manager), German is a plus
- EXCEL & POWERPOINT is your mother tongue (pivot tables, vlookup)
- Pro-active person
- Project oriented
- Good presentation skills
