IT admin / support (english and german language)

This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions. You will provides technical support to Customers, System integrators, Applications and Service personnel to solve both simple and complex problems involving hardware, software and applications.

You will also be able to apply your known solutions when available and will be working independently or with others to find new or better solutions.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Responds to customer issues via telephone, email, web, or fax
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues related to 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Replace or repair defective parts and equipment
- Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
- Perform complex problem solving, data collection, software upgrades or system audits at customer locations
- Uses available tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Follows policies regarding escalation procedures for critical or unique situations

- Ideally finished education in IT related area
- Fluent in German language and active communication in English language
- Ideally 1 year of work experience from IT support role (solving complex HW and SW issues)
- The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements
- Proactive attitude
