Responsibilities:

- Properly match, batch and code AP invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Post month-end journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Weekly check runs
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner
- Ad-hoc reporting

Requirements:

- Active English language (written and spoken)
- Associate's in accounting or finance, Universities gradues preferred
- Experience of accounting is advantage
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Proficiency using a large ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an advantage
