TEAM LEADER of AP department

Do you have 3+ years of leadership experience of small accounting team?

TEAM LEADER of AP department is responsible for:

- Leading of small accounting team of related countries (their evaluating, motivation, one-to-one meetings, KPI´s set up)
- Support AP Manager with ad hoc issues
- Comply with data protection rules & compliance
- Provide quality and SOX controls for processes
- Daily check workload, backlog and issues
- BS reconciliation
- Journal preparation
- Communication with suppliers

The successful candidate should have:

- University degree (finance/ banking/ accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of leadeship experience (accounting team)
- Very good accounting knowledge (US GAAP standards is preferable)
- Fluent English (daily communication in English)
- Proficient with SAP is a plus
- Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, functions)
