Customer care with croatian or bulgarian language

Your responsibilities would be:

-intensive communication with customers and suppliers ( by phone and by e-mail)
- receiving and solving the requirements
- work with information system
- administrative support
- solution the acute ad hoc situations
- communication between departmens of company

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

- University or High school education in economic area
- FLUENT LEVEL OF ENGLISH AND CROATIAN/BULGARIAN LANGUAGE IS A MUST
- At least1 year experience in customer service position
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- praxis in International company is an advantage
- praxis in Call centre is an advantage
- reliable person
- willing to travel
- place of work is Košice
