For our client, international company operating worldwide we are looking for an IT PROBLEM MANAGER.
If you are not afraid of high level verbal and written communication within your IT colleagues and business stakeholders this could be the right position for your! Your goal will be to ensure that incidents and problems are managed and customers will receive the best possible experience when cooperating with IT.
Acting as IT PROBLEM MANAGER you will work closely together with your colleagues world-wide to oversee the support of more than 100 applications. In virtual teams, you will coordinate tasks and analysis on complex problems, and manage communication with customers. You will also identify and drive process and quality improvements for the organization.
The main tasks:
- Your activities will cover all aspects of ensuring an effective and efficient Incident and Problem Management Process
- Ensure timely customer communication and coordination of follow-up activity
- Manage customer feedback
- Lead regular meetings with customer groups
- Ensure smooth transition of support activities for onboarding and off-boarding of applications
- Identify improvement potential and lead initiatives to implement improvements
- Proactive problem management and preventive actions to reduce recurrence of incidents
- Report regularly on the status of incident and problem resolution based on defined KPIs and ongoing improvement initiatives

Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in an economic or IT related
- Ideally 3 years of work experience
- Experience in the IT industry in a global support environment
- Good presenting skills, reporting, analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Good understanding of ITIL framework (certification an advantage)
- Motivated and eager to broaden the knowledge within the IT Operations domain
