Plant controlling supervisor

International production company is looking for experienced candidate to support plants after production project implementation.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Cost calculations within development of production process and projects
- Budget spending monitoring and reviewing
- Lead and review the plant financial forecasting and planning cycles
- Post project implementation support, analyses, planning, valuation
- Cost savings proposals
- Financial and business support for plant controllers in EMEA
- Regular financial closing support
- Result presentations for company management
- Traveling across EMEA region

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Degree in finance/economy/business management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production company
- Experience as plant controller covering more plants
- Excellent level of English
- Solid understanding of accounting, controlling and planning principles
- Open for traveling across EMEA
- Leadership skills
- Project management, process improvements, negotiation skills
