Junior transition lead (shared services)

The core aim of the role is to participate on designing, set up and leading whole transition of different processes to Shared service center of strong international production company. Together with his senior counterpart, Junior Transition Lead is expected to be inevitable part of discussions and decisions regarding the transition strategy. The center will cover finance, procurement, customer care and HR processes.

Core responsibilities:
- To participate on management of whole transition process
- Project mapping (planning, designing, set up, execution, monitoring and controlling) of transition
- Risk analysis and management
- Set up the reporting and controlling mechanisms including its testings
- Participation on KPIs and SLAs set up, ensuring its correct monitoring and reporting system
- Ensure understanding of the future operating model and allignment within across the company
- Strongly cooperate with Senior Transition lead and company management to ensure highest transition effectiveness
- Create and strenghten customer care and collaborative approach within the center
- After the processes are set up the role includes controlling of the correct flow of activities including driving continuous improvements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Min. 4 years experience in different business areas
- Shared service center experience
- Project managerial experience
- Experience with transition management
- Fluent level of English language, German language is big advantage
- Knowledge of international environment
- Flexibility in terms of travelling outside Slovakia
