Underwriting performance team leader

Our client – leader in insurance area offers the opportunity to prove yourself and demonstrate your skills as a consultant in a variety of fields. We are looking for an experienced analyst with English and SAP to the Underwriting team.

Main duties will include following:

- Support performance analyses and Portfolio Management process for 28 business units
- KPI´s follow up and development (achieve qualitative and quantitative measurements)
- Managing priorities to team members and their motivation, evaluation and couching
- Responsible for data maintenance
- Regular reporting to line manager
- Participation on various projects
- Identification the growth opportunities
- Improvements implementation and processes standardization in SAP
- Close cooperation with all teams (claims, finance and underwriting)
- Ad hoc activities and escalations

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree in Economics/ Banking/ Statistics
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in insurance sector
- Communicative level of English (verbal and written)
- Non- life insurance knowledge is a must
- Leadership assumptions is preferable
- Advanced user of MS Office package and SAP
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical skills
