Finance supervisor in region of Košice

Our client, international company operating all over the Europe, is looking for suitable candidate with strong leadership skills for position FINANCE SUPERVISOR.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations of a team
- Measuring KPIs of a team, mentoring, motivating
- Participating on transitions projects
- Risk elimination in whole invoicing process
- Responsibility for meeting goals and deadlines of team
- Data validation, verification and consolidation
- Regular reporting for CEE and EMEA manager
- Responsibility for accuracy of team work
- Supporting invoicing team when needed
- Continuously process improvements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s degree in finance/economy
- Minimum 2 years accounting/invoicing
- Experience on leadership position
- Excellent level of English
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Advanced user of MS Excel
- Strong personality
- Able to work under stress
- Likes challenges
