AR accountant in smaller business center (position with german language)

Are you good in English and German? This is an excellent chance to work in a well-established outsourcing company with family atmosphere. We are looking for experienced candidate on a position AR ACCOUNTANT.

- Handling with receivables and their collection, allocation and monitoring
- Escalation and investigation of due- date invoices
- Master data administration, managing of customer accounts
- Monitoring delayed payments, generation of age analysis
- Month-end closing and accounts reconciliation
- Posting of bank statements to a particular accounts
- Regular reporting activities on a group level
- Analyze discrepancies, prevent issues and implement remedies
- Support of internal/external parties (auditors, plants, customers)
- Customer care

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- Min. 2 year experience in accounting or finance analyses
- Good knowledge of VAT rules and also double-entry bookkeeping
- Fluent communication skills in all required languages (English and German)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (advancedl functions)
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem - solver
- Team player
