Senior integration accountant

Well-established company is looking for an experienced candidate to their fast growing team. They are looking for a person with an experience in Economics, Accounting, Banking or Investment area.

Position Responsibilities:

- Assist in financial controlling and monitoring of LATAM, EMEA and Asia-Pacific legal entities
- Communication with Finance Corporate Solutions, Group Finance (Balance sheets, P&L) and Internal/External auditors
- Presentation of consolidated financial statements to a Head of Finance
- Preparation of appropriate accounting processes and documents for acquired targets
- Valuation of acquired assets/liabilities
- Oversee the integration process according to a company standards
- Participate in audit process of acquisition accounting

About candidate:

- Five and more years experience in Accounting/Financial reporting
- Experience in Insurance business is an advantage
- Understanding of international accounting and reporting standards
- Education in banking, Accounting or investment
- Fluent English, German language is a plus
- MS Excel knowledge on advanced level (Vlookup, functions, pivot tables, etc.)
