Job description:
- Leading the team based in Slovakia as well as abroad
- Responsibility for the correct inputs for production and materail planing through the sales forcasting in cooperation with sales department
- Consolidation of demand (comparing real demands and sales forecasting) in order to optimise production process and use production capacity
- Analysis of customer demands and needs in general
- Coordinating, motivating and monitoring the team
- Forecasting in medium-term
- Leading the meetings
- Reporting to foreign manager

We require:

- University degree
- Fluent English - must
- Leadership skills
- Advanced MS Excel - must
- SAP - advantage
- Team player
- Drive/ active personality
- Excellent organisation skills
