QA Lead

- Defining internal development quality standards for our products and reporting quality state of products releases
- Leading, Managing, Defining, Creating and Maintaining internal development testing of our products
- Reporting project and tasks
- Communicating with management, key-users, team members and suppliers

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to use own initiative and ability to lead a small team
- You’re proficient and experienced to execute and automate tests, define and use plans or scripts, document problems and retest to ensure problems are resolved
- You’re proficient to use technical data manipulation techniques including the use of queries
- You’re experienced in test-driven development
- You’re experienced in testing of enterprise and web applications on a multiple platforms
- You’re a structured and reliable person able to work alone and deliver on time
- You’re proactive in communication
