Shared service performance manager (finance knowledge needed)

For new European Centre of Excellence we are currently looking for senior specialist to cover following responsibilities:

- Close cooperation and support for Global Operations Lead during transition and transformation
- Sett up and implement KPIs and SLA management for whole SSC
- Responsibility for process efficiency
- Ensure quality of provided services
- SSC cost management, leading cost allocations process
- Act as subject matter expert for incident and problem management
- Process improvements implementation and driving

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Degree in finance/business/accounting field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in international environment
- Experience with KPIs and SLAs management, cost management, customer focused business
- Fluent English
- Experience with setting up common service management
- Problem solver
