Your primarly tasks will include:

- Daily communication with customers, both indirect and direct
- Providing customers with adequate information
- Work with internal tools and systems
- Finding solutions in various customer queries
- Cooperation with other departments of the company
- Reporting

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- RUSSIAN and ENGLISH language skills on an ADVANCED level (written and spoken)
- Previous 1 year experience in customer care and/or customer phone interface required
- Excellent communication skills
- General PC skills (using level of MS Office suite)
- Customer focus is a must
- Quick learning ability
- Logical approach
- Team player
- Priority setting
