Subject matter expert/process coordinator

Growing international services company is looking for process experienced candidate for the position SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT/PROCESS COORDINATOR.

Within the role you should be responsible for:

- Process mapping and redesigning
- Performing and implementation of process harmonization on Global level
- Understanding of clients’ needs
- Process solution in cooperation with external clients too meet their expectation
- Best practices sharing
- Monitoring and analyzing process efficiency
- KPIs and SLAs maintenance
- Project management and reporting
- Act as subject matter expert

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree in finance/logistic field
- 3 years relevant experience (subject matter expert, transition agenda, process management)
- Good understanding of finance/invoicing processes
- Advanced level of English
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive approach
- Problem solver
