Director of client engineering

We are currently searching for a new Director of Client Engineering. The successful candidate will serve as a leader for a group of creative technologists. This role will combine hands-on work, architecting and developing front-end solutions in web and mobile environments as well as leadership and team development. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on development background, proven leadership ability, and experience supporting business activities in e-commerce environments.

- Serve as the front-end development architect for Piano Media
- Development, maintenance, and distribution of client applications including JavaScript, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone libraries.
- Documentation and communication with clients regarding implementation, use, and maintenance of libraries.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of developers and distributed consultants.
- Develop and refine standards, features and strategies for optimized, high performance code.
- Creating or refining build processes.

Requirements
- Experience with web development and programming skills (HTML, XHTML, HTML5,CSS3)
- JavaScript and related techniques/frameworks: AJAX, jQuery, MVC
- Experience with Andorid and iOS development (Java, ObjC, Backbone, Angular, Jira)
- Excelent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of leading a team
- High level of english
