Expert for predictive analysis

We are searching for experienced analysts with strong knowledge of SAP software in combination with experience in planning and analysis. The successful candidate will support production planning department with analysis of market behaviour, market trends and consumer preference.

Main responsibilities:

- Analyze the forecasting algorithms and in the optimum parameters
- Validate modeling outputs with the specific Demand Planners
- Lead collaboration and communication with Demand Planners in a specific Business unit
- Perform root cause/events/data issues analysis for poor forecast accuracy
- Direct review of the top products clusters in the monthly, quarterly and CI activities
- Lead a junior analyst ensuring the execution of tasks and ensuring his development and contributions

Required professional competence:

- Min. 3 years of experience in field of predictive analysis
- University degree in field of statistics, mathematics
- Advanced level of English is must
- Strong analytical thinking
- Very good modelling skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and ecperience with planning tools (e.g. SAP APO, SAP HW, SAS)
