Project controller for migrations (finance knowledge needed)

This is the newly created role to support ongoing migration processes within the environment of strong shared service center in Bratislava. The core aim of the role is to analyse the impact of transitions on budget, headcount and other important areas. The role requires strong analytical experience within the international structures of shared service center.

The main responsibilities include:

- Calculation, analysis, evaluation of impacts on ongoing transition processes
- Comparisons and analysis of possible impacts of future projects on different locations and its evaluation
- Ensure complience of activities with internal group standards
- Project management (working with diverse remote teams and its coordination)
- Participation on transition management process
- Answer internal and external audit requests
- Maintain centralized reporting database

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree preferrably in field of finance
- Fluent level of English language necessary for day to day communication within international environment
- 5 years of experience in field of analysis in shared service center
- Ability to work in diversed teams on remote basis (as far as the role is mainly oriented on ransitions to other locations than Bratislava)
- Ability to build relationships on international level (this competence is necessary to ensure effective communication in project teams around the globe)
- Strong analytical competence (ability to analyse impacts, evaluate them and find solutions)
- Proven problem solving skills
- Project management expeirence is advantage
