This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions on position ROLL-OUT MANAGER (ERP).

As International Rollout Manager - you will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of cross-border data management within internal ERP system into the roll-out companies.

Your tasks

- Prepare, plan, execute the international template rollout phases (set-up, induction, assessment, design, test, migration, cutover)
- Introduce and implement a global rollout template, identify, document and manage gaps according to the project methodology
- Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of the progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
- Identify and assess risks, establish contingency plans and identify triggering events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action
- Interface with the IT Suppliers in the design of technical solutions required for the rollout of the platform
- Lead the project planning activities, define resource requirements and manage the execution of projects to meet the local and centralized plan
- Coordinating with other work streams and projects (Integration of Functions and Cross-Functions)
- Take responsibility for ensuring milestones and deliverables in terms of time, quality and budget
- Identify gaps in the interfaces between functional areas and assist in process and system design to close these gaps.

Requirements

Your profile

- University degree or equivalent vocational qualification
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in operational data management (Master Data Management)
- Excellent project-management skills
- Strong team player
- Experienced in Rollouts
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
- Experience in the implementation of template approaches and the assessment of technical and IT impact
- Fluent in spoken and written English, additional local language is a plus
- Excellent communication-, presentation- and moderation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
