A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position IT PROCESS & TOOLS (P&T) MANAGER. On this position you will be responsible to ensure the effective application of PMO processes, methodology and tools for improving the quality and efficiency of IT project delivery.

Primary Duties:

- Provides support and assistance to Project Managers on all aspects of PPM framework, processes, procedures, methodology and tools, to ensure the process is understood and followed.
- Provides training and coaching in EPMO standard processes and procedures.
- Implements effective controls to promote compliance to implemented frameworks and best practices and reports on process quality compliance metrics.
- Performs regular quality assurance checks on Projects to ensure project delivery activities are effective, project data is maintained with high quality, and recommended guidelines are followed.
- Gathers feedback and user requirements from the project management practitioners on EPMO processes and tools.
- Supports other P&T Resources and activities related to the development and deployment of processes and methodology, and continuous improvement of existing practices.
- Supports P&T activities for the development and delivery of training and documentation.
- Supports P&T activities for PM Competency development, PM community collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or related subject areas.
- 5 years related IT or project management experience, preferably in large, global organizations.
- Project management skills including knowledge of various project management approaches. PMP or similar PM certifications desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in common Software Development (SDLC) approaches.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the specific skills suited to the role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Cultural adaptability. Flexible and responsiveness to input.
- Creative problem solving, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Time management and task prioritization skills.
