Senior UX designer / team lead (praha)

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the user experience for the business manager and analyst personas and have deep influence on product strategy
- Follow user-centered software design process (user research, context scenarios, personas, ideation, rapid prototyping, sketch-boarding, usability testing) to deliver exceptional user experience
- Work closely with customers, product management, executives and marketing across multiple timezones

The candidate should have:
- 4+years experience with UX/UI design on large scale projects
- Experience with Information Architecture Design
- Excellent knowledge of Axure
- Excellent English
- Leadership Skills
- Experience with e-commerce (shopping websites)
- Excellent client approach
