Project manager for migration of processes within ssc

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as PROJECT MANAGER FOR MIGRATION OF PROCESSES WITHIN SSC.

- Supports Center Operation Lead in developing and implementing the regional center strategy
- Drives and executes the migration strategy
- Supports the operations in designing on-time the receiving organization and monitor the adequate staffing and qualification of the future functional team in the migration phase
- Plans task allocation to resources and set priorities
- Reports migration status and risks
- Implements risk migration actions to assure a smooth on time migration of processes in scope
- Collaborates with management team
- Formulates overall approach for all projects in the Region for all End-to-End processes
- Executes migration plan and coordinate adjustments
- Ensures that requirements for a successful transition planning and migration are fulfilled (e.g. knowledge transfer).
- Creates and sign-off the wave migration plan for each of the transition waves and on-going monitoring. Adapt migration approach to changing conditions and requirements.

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Min. 3 years experience in transition management
- Relavant experience in Shared service center
- Project managerial experience, preferrably experience with transition management
- Excellent in planning and organization of processes
- Fluent level of English language, German language is a big advantage
- Knowledge of international environment
- Flexibility in terms of travelling
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Flexibility in terms of travelling abroad
