Our client / big international company providing of cutting-edge asset management services and products / offer you the opportunity to prove yourself and extend your skills at the position Junior Coordinator with DUTCH and ENGLISH language.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assistance to the client manager
- Supports Client Managers with reports
- Prepares visits to clients
- Supports Client Management with client events
- Administrative support regarding tools, records management and processes
- Assists or performs in the planning and reporting process
- Enforces and keeps guidelines throughout all treaty businesses including archiving and storage planning
- Administrative work (scanning, physical filing and archiving)
- Coordination with client markets related functions

- University degree (Economics - preffered)
- Previous administrative work experience is and advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English and Dutch language
- Initiative approach
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good team player
