AP team leader with German language

This is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide. We are currently in need of an experienced candidate to fill the role of AP TEAM LEADER with German language.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable team
- Regular communication with company management and business partners in German speaking countries
- Ensure timely and complete customer support
- SLAs compliance monitoring
- Meet corporate objectives for invoice processing, payments, reconciliation and period end close reporting
- Process improvement activities
- Continuous improvement in processes and service quality
- Lead a team, coordinate team based training, personnel forecasting, gathering of performance statistics
- Manage external and internal auditing requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Degree in finance area
- At least 3 years experience in finance
- Team leading experience is a MUST
- Fluent German and English is required
- Knowledge of AP compliance and regulatory issues required
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Reliable, good organizational skills
