Your resposibilities:
- Full leading and supervision team - members
- Manage benefits administration
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the payroll and benefit specialists
- Solve escalated payroll management related problems
- Monitor and execute internal control procedures to comply with internal/external audit requirements in payroll processing

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University Degree in Human resources or Finance
- 5 years experience in Pay roll processing
- Fluent level of English language
- People managerial experience is required
- Very good analytical skills combined with mature personality
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience with processing payroll
- Experience from shared service center is welcome
- Detail oriented
- Organizational skills
- Team work player
