Supervisor of accounting department

Our client, a successful international company, is looking for the right candidate for the position SUPERVISOR OF ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT.
Place of work: Košice.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Managing accounting team
- Responsibility for regular closing activities
- Accurate and timely reporting and interpretation of financial data
- Supervising the intercompany assets transfers
- Ensuring all activities regarding international accounting standards and company rules
- Coordinating with other department
- Adjusting the personal KPIs in own team regarding professional development
- Motivating and couching a team members

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Master’s degree in finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting (international accounting standards are required)
- Experience with leading a team of accountants is a MUST
- Fluent level of English is a MUST
- Good interpersonal skills
- Leadership personality
- Organizational competencies
