HR contact line assistant (english language)

Are you an English speaker? Would you like to use your language skills on daily basis in international enviroment?

This is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide on position HR CONTACT LINE ASSISTANT (English language)

Main tasks are:
- Providing global support for internal clients
- Resolving clients requests and questions
- Providing first-level support in the area of HR questions, tools and processes
- Cooperating closely with Human Resources, other departments and managers globally
- Working with several systems together
- Solving various ad-hoc tasks at the same time

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Fluent level of English language
- University or High School education
- Work experience in customer care or HR area is big advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and proven communication skills
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Detail orientation
- Flexibility to work shift (US working hours)
