Your main duties include:
- Leading a team of 3 team leaders
- Complete responsibility for wide range of activities performed by other team members
- Setting up the team goals and tracking the teams' KPIs
- Assessment of the team members' performance
- Constant work on increasing team effectiveness
- Analysing of existing procedures in the team and setting up the processes so that they lead to highest team efficiency
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
- Support of budget and forecasting activities
- Collaborates with senior management to support overall company goals and objectives

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Degree in financial area
- Active knowledge of English language
- Experience in Accounting/Reporting
- People management experience is a must
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Positive attitude to new challenges
- Ability to think out of the box
