BPM developer

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position.

You will be responsible for:
- Functional and technical design
- Development of custom-build solutions based on Java Enterprise
- Configuration –maintenance tasks
- Change request/defect analysis
- Unit Test preparation and conduct

The candidate should have:

- Minimum 2 years of development experience as an Business Process Developer
- Strong professional experience with BPM tools, preferably IBM Business Process Manager
- Familiar with business process design and business/process improvement
- Solid skills in JavaScript, Html, XSLt and CSS
- Strong Development experience including Systems Integrations, working experiences with databases and data modeling, web services and Java SE
- Solid proven hands-on development experience in Java SE on Unix/Windows environment. Experience in eclipse development platform
- Familiar with Application server configuration, preferably WAS
- Basic relational database experience with good command of SQL, PL/SQL and JDBC with Oracle database
- Advanced communication skills in English language (German is an advantage)

- Willingness to travel up to 50%
