This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of 8 people
- Fraud and forensic analyses
- Act as subject matter expert for internal clients
- Regular KPIs and SLAs measurement
- Proactive process improvements
- Master data maintenance
- Ensuring accuracy of billing process, cooperation with accounting team
- Solving clients’ service issues and escalations

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Degree in finance/banking/business field
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience (banking, accounting, card administration or similar)
- Minimum 2 years people management experience is required
- Fluent English is must
- Accounting background/knowledge
- People management and interpersonal skills
- Decisive
