This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting various remote clients
- Monitoring and supporting Payroll, Learning and Development and other HR activities
- Sorting and maintaining auditable files
- Providing relevant information on any HR-connected payments
- Working with internal database
- Carrying on related administrative tasks

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Fluent knowledge of English
- Intermediate knowledge of German (written and spoken)
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
- At least half year of previous work experience in adminsitration, data handling/reporting is a MUST
- Experience in Payrolling/HR is preferred
- Team Player
