Finance and project manager (IT company)

For growing IT company we are currently looking for potential candidate to cover following responsibility:

- Participating on business strategy definition and project planning
- Supervising all financial activities within company
- Setting up reporting, controlling and accounting processes including manual procedures
- Managing projects from financial point of view in cooperation with IT project managers
- Leading whole back office activities and subordinates of a company
- Training and coaching newcomers
- KPIs, SLAs measurement and SOX controls responsibility
- Implementation of HR and back office policies
- Process improvements

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Master’s degree in finance/economy
- Minimum 5 years experience in controlling within IT/Software/Telco or other related industry
- Advanced level of English
- Proactive, problem solver
- Excellent planning, organizing, time and work management
