Director of shared service center

Currently emerging shared service center will cover activities in field of accounting, procurement, customer care and HR. The center director will be primarily responsible for whole development and future management of the center and project team responsible for the transfer.

Core responsibilities:

- Activively participate and contribute to the Shared service strategy development and work on its further effective implementation
- To lead and manage whole transition process
- Lead SSC workforce planning in line with global recruiting strategy
- Ensure the SSC activities are in complience with company internal procuders and services are delivered in the most effective way
- Ensure correct KPIs and SLAs set up, its correct monitoring and reporting system
- Create corporate culture and strenghten customer care and collaborative approach within the center
- Controlling of the correct flow of activities including driving continuous improvements
- People management and development of senior manager team within the center

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- Min. 10 years experience in different business areas
- Shared service center experience
- Project managerial experience
- Experience with transition management
- People managerial experience (at least 2nd line management)
- Fluent level of English language, German language is big advantage
- Knowledge of international environment
- Flexibility in terms of travelling outside Slovakia
