For fast growing international company we are looking for senior candidate with international payroll experience to cover following responsibilities:

- Relationship management with external vendors
- Market research and vendor selection
- Business development and contract negotiation
- Payroll process improvements
- Project management
- Close cooperation with other finance teams
- Supporting transition processes

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Master’s/Bachelor degree in finance field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level of English language
- Deep knowledge of international payroll processes
- Experience with process improvement/transitions/development in payroll field
- Professional presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
